Are Domestic Pressure Washing Machines Reliable?
Based on our 35 years of experience, we can say that, unfortunately, apart from a few companies, the pressure washing machine sector in our country has not shown the expected progress. In this field, Germans, Italians, and Americans are significantly advanced. However, we hope that our country will also make substantial advancements and develop innovative technologies in this sector. This would contribute to the growth of the industry and enhance our presence in international competition.
Can Cutting Be Done with a Water Jet?
Yes, cutting can be done with a water jet. By using high-pressure water (typically 3000 bar or higher) ejected through a fine cutting nozzle, materials such as metal, stone, glass, ceramic, composite, and even plastic can be cut. When abrasive materials (e.g., sand) are added to the water, it becomes possible to cut harder materials. This method is often preferred in industries requiring precision and no material deformation.
What Voltage Do Pressure Washing Machines Operate On?
Pressure washing machines operate at different voltage levels depending on their application: 220V, 380V, and 440V.
220V: These are mainly used for amateur and light-duty tasks.
380V: Designed for professional use, these machines provide high performance and are the standard for industrial cleaning.
440V: Machines operating at this voltage are typically used in heavy-duty industries, such as ship cleaning.
What is the Pressure of Pressure Washing Machines?
Pressure washing machines are manufactured with varying pressure levels depending on their application. Typically, models range between 50 bar and 300 bar. Lower-pressure models are suitable for light cleaning tasks, while high-pressure models (250-300 bar) are ideal for industrial cleaning and tough dirt removal.
How many bar machines are used in car washes?
Car washes typically use machines with a pressure range of 150-200 bar. However, businesses seeking faster operations often prefer 250 bar pressure machines.
In which areas are water jets used?
Water jets are high-performance machines commonly used in shipyards, construction sites, heavy chemical industries, and factories, providing ideal solutions for demanding cleaning and maintenance tasks.
